Importing your clients

What it is

A way to load your current clients into Bookatu all at once, instead of typing them in one by one. You upload a file (a CSV, the kind any spreadsheet can save) with names, phone numbers and emails, and they appear in your client list.

Why it helps

You keep your contacts when you switch, so you can message clients and recognise faces from day one. Nobody gets left behind.

How to use it

1. 1Export your clients from your old tool as a CSV file. Most booking apps have an export option.
2. 2In Bookatu, open Clients and choose Import.
3. 3Match up the columns (name, phone, email) and bring them in.
4. 4If the file is messy or you would like a hand, send it to us and we will help bring your clients across.
