Automatic reminders

Cut no-shows with a confirmation and a friendly reminder before every visit.

What it is

Automatic messages around each appointment: a confirmation when the client books, and a reminder before the visit, so the booking stays top of mind. Email reminders are always included on every plan. Text (SMS) reminders are a separate, faster channel that depends on your plan.

Why it helps

Most no-shows are simply forgotten appointments, so a timely reminder is the cheapest way to fill more of your schedule. A text is read fastest of all, which is why SMS cuts no-shows the hardest.

How to use it

  1. 1Reminders are on by default for new bookings. Clients get a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the visit, using your business name and the visit details.
  2. 2Email reminders are included for everyone. Text reminders are a paid channel and depend on your plan (see SMS text reminders and the Solo SMS add-on).
  3. 3Adjust the tone and the timing of reminders in Settings.
